Kicked by punkbuster. Connection failure PnkBstrA

Hello

I need some help with punkbuster. Since the last update from battlefield I can't join the srvers anymore. I am kicked for 0 minutes, really weird.

"Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'SettlersIV' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe"

I have got the first with PnkBstrB and now with PnkBstrA

I have contacted EA but they say I need to go to Punkbuster.

And punkbuster won't help me, I send a ticket waited 48 hours and still nothing.

You guys are my last hope ☹️

Reinstalling and uninstalling option is nowhere too be found so I need to do it manually.

    Hello

    Solution:
    For 64 bit systems go to C:\windows\syswow64 then look for pbb.exe (PnkBstrB.exe and PnkBstrA.exe)
    For 32 bit systems go to C:\windows\System32 then look for pbb.exe (PnkBstrB.exe and PnkBstrA.exe)

    -Run it as admin
    -And then press open again
    -Then you will get a short cmd screen
    -Then you know its running
    -Then go to Services and make PnkBstrB.exe and PnkBstrA.exe and run Automatic and Start the service.
    -Apply the changes.

    -Also Run Origin Games\Battlefield 3\pbsvc.exe as administrator and test service. If the test fails uninstall/reinstall the service.
