Kicked by Punkbuster

Today I received a message banning punkbuster in Battlefield 3, but there is no cause, reason or circumstance, I only get a message and says I was banned globally, it will be 7 years that online game EVERY DAY, more than 4000h, I have a channel with gameplays and tutorials and I've never used a hack, so what now? I would like to get an urgent response, I want to replay on my account, I am more jealous of my account than my wife, I want an answer.

    I got the same problem with BF4. After looking in many forums, after try many workarounds, after contact Even Balance without answer and learn EA's only reply is "they cannot do anything about it", I got the same conclusion as yours: "to keep away from any EA game", as it seems they don't care about this issue since years ago.

    There is no 'issue' getting a global ban means a cheat violation was triggered on your account multiple times resulting in a global ban on your account. The problem is with you guys not accepting it and palming the blame onto others.
