I have bf4 for ps3 it freezes so much I can't play it until it is fixed you need to fix the freezes specifically bf3 still does it you need to put the effort in to fix the freezes in bf4 and crashes and stalls in screen at checkpoints in single player
This is a complete joke. Sick of EA's lame game and lame customer service and lame tech support.
I pay you 40 quid to rent this game, cos lets face it none of us own our games here. So we renting this crap from you. And it don't frigging work.
You punt these games out full of bugs and as your login client is refusing to display every time I try to log in I cant even play the game even in campaign mode. What a joke.
Now I have tried the following:
I updated the game, it would not let me log in. Every log in attempt I get Battlelog Can Not Be Displayed message.
I tried my web provider and ISP provider.....checked all my explorer protocols, made sure all my exceptions, firewall etc were all check.
I deleted old exceptions and tried new exceptions.....Nothing working still page cant be displayed.
I tried uninstalling both game and origin. Reinstalled, after deleting all exceptions in firewall etc. Nothing happens.
Reformatted my machine....Nothing.
tried installing game on a new machine......same...update then nothing.
I try talking to EA......NOTHING! ZERO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT!
I would like to ask for a refund but I know that's futile. Simply because you are a greedy don't give a **bleep** company. I have seen how you remove forum threads first hand and I have seen how you remove any material that is negative to your company image. And I have witness friends accounts being banned because they tried to demand a refund and told you they would make sure every person they knew would boycott your damn company.
In fact unless you can suggest to me a plausible reason why this is not working, and why you release such **bleep** all the time, when I have no problem with any other game you care to mention....but EA games? BFBC2, BF3 and now BF4 are all totall bollocks and have so many problems I think I am just going to scrap them in the bin and never buy an EA game ever again.
I would suggest to everyone reading this you boycott EA if you don't get satisfaction. Show them we mean business by denying them our business. Lets take it to their major competitors instead. See how EA like it when they go BELLY up.
