Lack of Battlefield Hardline servers is disgraceful
As much as I love EA and the titles they make, Battlefield is primarily an online game. A fantastic and riveting multiplayer experience for you and your friends to jump into. This aspect is the reason a majority of people buy (or subscribe) these games. The campaigns featured in the Battlefield franchise are much more articulate and entertaining than that of their competitors, but they'll only last you a day. And while it's certainly a day of enjoyment, I can't say its worth the almost A$100 price tag at launch if there is no replayability further down the track.
There are hardly any third-party servers available for Hardline and there are certainly no "official" servers. These third-party servers only decently serve the contiguous United States, not anywhere abroad.
I understand that there is not enough demand to have an array of servers functioning for a minority of people who still play Hardline, but the experience for those playing Battlefield 1 (in Australia, at least) is still flaky and unreasonable. To keep your player base happy, and to give people more of a reason to subscribe to Origin Access, maybe consider adding a handful of servers others around the world so they can still enjoy great titles like Hardline and Bad Company 2.
As an Australian, I feel like we're forgotten by EA. I feel that Ubisoft is the only game org that actually has adequate PC servers here.
I'd like to draw to one example in particular:
Rainbow Six Siege: Release in 2015 - Fantastic Servers and lots of players
Hardline: Released in 2015 - No servers, No players
I know that your investors might not care, but they will if it affects your bottom line because players are sick of loot boxes and a lack of infrastructure.
