Lag when shooting

Every time I try to shoot someone the game lags terribly. I'm ranked 130 played it for hours and never had this problem till 2 weeks ago. Ping is 27. The game has become unplayable I'm very disappointed. Does anyone have an answer?

The Lag and stuttering is due to an issue that arose with the release of the Apocalypse DLC.
They are aware of the issue, and are working to resolve it.

Is it just me? The new update has seriously messed with my PS4, checked LAN connection and storage on PS4.... All good!

Yet whenever I hit an enemy it seriously lags and when shooting and hitting the enemy it freezes until they are dead, or like many times I am due to this!

Anyone? Thanks

This is a known issue and something we are working on resolving.

It seems to be dependent on the account one is playing on. in my case it only happens when I use my main account, but not when I use my alt account. really odd

I'm having this problem too and it has completely destroyed my game. EA please rectify this!

Well hello there,

Since the new update patch when I hit an enemy the game is lagging. Is there any solution for this issue?

After the apocalypse update the fps is so bad that the game becomes unplayable.

Yeah, I've got this problem as well. Mine started after the latest 1.19 patch. Game is unplayable, needs sorting. I'm ps4 .

On ps4 Pro
Router reset
Restarted ps4
All settings to default
Tried boost mode on and off

Never had issues since the Apoc. Patch v1.19
Help desk called me back (verry quick response btw. thanks for that), the person asked me to post the problem here.

No solution yet, it's still lagging.

I would like to know if it's the game or me?
If it is me, what can I do?
If it is the game, could I get an answer when it will be solved?
