Legacy still not showing up in playstation store. I'm east coast USA. HELP!

PSN store usually updated after 5-7PM Eastern time so keep checking back.

    Why is there 10 hours between when Xbox One gets the new map and when the PS4 gets the map??

      Because Sony and Microsoft update their respective store fronts at different times.
