Legacy Operations DLC & Holiday Update Rolling Out

I AM WRITING HERE CUS UR SUPPORT IS BROKEN !!!!

CAN'T CONNECT TO YOUR STUPID LIVE SUPPORT IT'S NOT WORKING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I deleted the BF4 on my PS4 rebuilded the database and reinstalled and updated it and still the "Night operation", "Community Operation" and "Legacy Operations" are downloading and when it finishes they're NOT installing.

PS: Another fellow gamer messaged me and has the same problem and doesn't know how to fix it please help.

Try going via Battlefield game store menu all DLC maps will be there they will be free download and install that way. You should have access to all maps you have mentioned. When I have problems this is they way I make sure they get installed. Make sure you follow steps. Good Luck

that's what I did and have done and still not working :S 

Do you have BF4 Premium? Do maps appear on Browser? If they do what does it say once you try to join them? You are allowed to download maps without BF4 "Premium" but you won't be able to join servers.

**Remember you still have to make sure and initiate installation: example

NOTIFICATIONS

^Uploads

 or Check your Library BF4 "all add-ons" you'll see or should see Legacy Operations, Community Operations and Night operations

No I don't have BF4 Premium, and maps appear on the browser.
On my PS when I try to join a map I get "You need to buy the DLC package", well the DLC package is not installing.
The add-ons are in my Library, and when I try to join as a commander I get " You need a soldier to join" which bring us to my other problem that I can't see my soldiers on battlelog I tried clearing my internet cache tried other browser and still can't see them.

I bought the game and been playing it for over a year.

I tried to download the maps from the PSN store from my pc and still nothing,

You need to have purchased Batllefield 4 PREMIUM in order to be able to play on these maps. It will show up in library and such but you will not be able to join thru battlelog browser or BF4 game browser. And you won't be able to use on PS. 🤐

**BF4 PREMIUM is a must have sorry.

My other problem that I can't see my soldiers on battlelog I tried clearing my internet cache tried other browser and still can't see them. Any ideas?

Is your EA Account connected or using the same email as your PS4 PSN account? Go to http://www.ea.com/

A. Click log on

B. Click PSN

C. Login with your PSN account

***that will join EA with PSN and its associated soldier name

***It seems that your PSN account is not associated "recognized" with your EA account. You might simply have to click PSN once logged into EA account if emails the same.
