There are no limited edition dogtags. I think you're getting the preorder dogtags confused here. There were a set of preorder tags, tags from alienware, tags from Dr. Pepper, and tags from a film These tags were available with codes on the receipt or promotional offers. If you're interested in obtaining these tags, they should be available in the console store, and  you'll even find the codes for the various tags for sale on ebay.

If you bought the Limited Edition Game with the limited edition code then you should have got a online pass(online pass + back to karkand) and then you should have got another sheet with another code for the dog tags. if you didnt then you are unable to get them.
