Question

Hello, I bought it to play battlefield 1 on steam at the beginning of the year discounts and downloaded the game. although I have never linked an ea account to my steam account before, it seems to be linked to an ea account that is outside my knowledge. That's why I can't play the game. i would appreciate if you could help

Hi @HsynnYT You could try unlinking the account yourself, but you may need to speak with EA Help.

@ElliotLH Hello, the email address where the Steam account is connected is not mine, I have no idea when and how it was connected. In short, I do not have access to the email address to which the steam account is connected
