Hello @MojoMatt48
If both your Gamertag and EA Account use the same email, and you can play Battlefield 1 on your console, this means, your accounts are already linked. To view your soldier stats in Companion App for Xbox One, you should switch your profile in the Companion App Settings. You can find more information on how to link your account in this article here.

Hi @EA_Archi, thanks for responding.
I just double checked and my xbox profile is on another email. Which has been on going issue for quite some time at this point.
I attached a picture from this article; https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/ I can't seem to find this option in game is it there or is just me? :P
There was also a bit in the same article called, What if my Gamertag or PlayStation Network Online ID is linked to the wrong account? it says to contact them for advice on what to do but it always says to phone them which is tricky because I work during the day and don't really have time to do it
Any advice would be super handy,
Thanks,
Matt

Hello @MojoMatt48
You can try to change your EA Account`s email to be the same as your GamerTag`s one. If this will not link them automatically, you will have to get in touch with EA Advisors, so they can manually link your accounts. You can do this during your weekend.

Hello!
I have similar question, i bought Bf1 through Origin for Pc, and i bought an Xbox One s as well. I tried to link my Origin and EA profile to the Xbox gamertag, but i think didnt went well. and i would to have the PC Bf1 Stats on Xbox aswell. Is that can be an issue if my origin gamertag and xbox gamertag not the same? Similar, but not exact the same. And is there any chance to solve it? Because i couldn`t do this. Thanks in advance.
