Linking PSN to Origins - PS4

Hello, 

I logged into my PSN account via PS4. I put in BF4 and I got the Origins ID message. I put in my ID and it says it was already taken. Of course it was. It's my ID. 

I looked through questions and webpages and it said I needed to link but both the PSN and Origins email needs to be the same. I confirmed that. It still doesn't work. 

The answer on this site is not resolved for gamers who have the same email. The instructions through the answer/Origin site is for gamers who have different emails, i.e. add a friend, sign into PSN etc.).

How do gamers link the two accounts with the emails do match?

    I contacted a game advisor who is telling me I have to download an EA sports title demo. I'm not sure what this has to do with the current problem; however, I tried and there are no demos. This leads me to believe they do not have an idea how to do this.

    I'm having a similar problem. My Origin account is linked to my Xbox Live account, and my PSN is linked to an older Origin account apparently, so I can't add my PSN to my Origin account and I can't sign into Origin on my console so I can't access multiplayer either. I wish I could help you.
