I understand that waiting for such a long time can be annoying, would be for me the same. Special account/purchasing issue can take time, depends on the amount of work to dig in to a case like this. Our experts need to get absolutely sure about some details.
I checked your case, you contacted our Live chat support several times. I think the highest priority for you is the Premium service purchase. I would recommend following advice:
1. Go to our contact site
2. Choose "Battlefield 3" as product
3. Choose category "General Questions" and as platform "PS3"
You should get the option for "Live Chat" and "E-Mail"
Send our Support team an E-Mail with your case number and asked if it's possible to forward this mail to the responsible expert for a status update about your case. Just for clarification, cases like that can take a plenty of time to solve, especially if they needed to be escalated. But they might able to give you a update about your case.

The live chat button still doesn't work & I sent an email 2 days ago, they never replied.
I understand these things take time but I've been trying to solve this problem since the 2nd or 3rd week after premium came out.
I'd also like you to remind your superiors that I have almost all conversations copied & pasted, I can name names about EA representatives that have lied to me just so they don't have to deal with me.
EDIT: Typical of you not to reply.

I didn't see the Live Chat button AT ALL. Neither mail button.
What I did to get the live-chat button was changing the site country to New Zealand.
And to get the Mail button was changing the site country to United Kingdom.
