battkefield 4 has been released but they still havent fixed the chat button....
when i click on it, nothing happens, theres no hyperlink
Same here, Live Chat does nothing at all. I just completely uninstalled and reinstalled Java and still nothing. Even tried lowering it's security settings all the way down, still nothing.
Many threads dating back to 2012 with this issue, all unanswered and EA clearly doesn't care whether or not we can contact support.
EA pushes games through quality control, doesn't support their customers and thinks they deserve full retail prices for beta games.
