Loading times during map change.

Hi, 

I'm having terrible loading times during map changes of up to 4 minutes. I did notice that if I disconnect from the server and reconnect via Battlelog it takes only about 40 seconds to connect but this is a bad solution as I might lose my slot on the sever and my squad. 

I have a i7 920 @ 3.6 ghz, 6gb DDR3, ATI HD7970 with the latest beta drivers and Windows 8.1. Fresh Install.

I know an SSD would help but my buddy who has a similar setup just with an SSD has the same problem.

    I have the same problem. My computer isn't good, but it should not take 4 minutes to load a level. Campaign load times were fast, and I have no problem with BF3.

    Well I assume it could be that it has a problem unloading the game data from the ram and reloading the new game data. However this also happens when the map changes to the same map. Its rather annoying hearing everyone in Teamspeak fully in the battle while i watch static pictures switch.
