My load out often goes back to default in multiplayer. not every game, but sometimes when I enter a game, the loadout I configured is gone and i have the default configuration. And if the match has ended and I begin a new match, the loadout is fine again, till the next match, it switches to default loadout. How can this be fixed?

Seems to be a temporary problem.
If you're playing on a console (XBOX 360 or PS3), quit the game and set up your loadout in the game menu > My Soldier. Once you're done, enter a server and exit it again. Your loadout should now be saved across all servers.
If you are a PC player, setup your loadout through Battlelog and make sure to save. Then enter a server and exit it. In that way, the data should be saved.
Let me know if the problem still persists, after doing this.

Did just as you say, load out was good, saved it. Entered a server, and disconnected as soon I was in the game. Than started another game, and it was fine. Than on the same server, a new match began (TDM), and default laodout was there again. What I forgot to say was that the weapons don't dissapear, and are selectable, but the accessories i selected are gone. For example, I don't have reflex (RDS) on my gun, but only Iron sight, and my scope with ballistic reticle is gone, and got the original scope on the sniper rifle.
I play the game on a PCwith WINDOWS 8, and the problem occures both with Internet Explorer and firefox as browser (both updated) And if I look for updates within BF3 or Origin, there are none.
I also found out that there are some weapons missing to select in game, for example: I've unlocked the RPG a while ago, but I can't select this in game, and in recon loadout, sometimes the MK11 MOD0 is gone and i can select the SVD rifle and another time the SVD rifle is gone but I can select the MK11 MOD0 rifle in-game. Very strange

Try to reinstall/repair Battlefield 3 and reboot your PC.

Just completely reïnstalled BF3 and battlelog webplugins and origin, and rebooted. But I still can't select some of the weapons that i've unlocked. frustrating......I also found out that in battlelog when I go to weapons--> Unlock progression, that in the recon kit, both SVD and MK11 aren't unlocked (Gun is greyed-out and not fully green), while i've played with them in game and can choose them in the loadout menu. And the engineer kit shows 2 unlocked bazooka's, while i've can choose 4 in the loadout menu.
