Long story short: 4th floor dogtag

i know this is a "picky" question but i never actually figured out why i don't have the 4th floor dogtag enabled: (see attachment) i read almost every thread and post online for this.
i did play bf hardline closed beta (look attachment 1 and 2) (i have the dogtag) and i do see the beta in my library (not available anymore).
I do have phantom bow assigment done legitimately, BF Dice Camo (yes it was a PITA doing it but when i did it i felt awesome).

i'd be very grateful to understand if it's still a taboo speaking of that dogtag or just i did not get it for a server error (which i read in this board some were given randomly)
I do LOVE bf4 and i'm trying to get all the dogtags i'm allowed to have
any help would be greatly appreciated!

@OttoVP I know that you played in the second beta as it was in your Origin library screenshot, but there were two Betas that gave out two separate dog tags - the tag that you currently have and the very first beta that is missing from your Origin library that awarded the 4th Floor dog tag. I have both dog tags because I played in both betas and you can see that I have both betas in my Origin library via the screenshot that I linked. You however only have one Beta which gave you the Beta dog tag that is currently unlocked. You are missing the very first Beta that issued the 4th Floor dog tag which is why you do not have it unlocked.
