Losing rank and perks

I am writing to express my frustration over the fact that I keep losing my rank and perks after i'm done playing the game. When I get back on to play later, I notice that I start back to the rank (9) that I started playing hours ago, even after ranking up two or three times. I also lose all the perks that I had previously unlocked from that last game play. Also I've noticed that my battlepacks are not able to be used as well since I lose the rank that I had unlocked. I especially find this very upsetting since I had paid the $50 for the premium membership and not able to use any of the rewards that come with it. Please fix this! At the end of the day, I find it a complete waste of time and money since I am not able to progress in the game even after paying the extra money to get somewhere in the game. I am not trying to come off as rude, but this is very upsetting since I've been looking forward to this game for a very long time. Any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
