Losing single player game save being fixed on PS4 but not on Xbox1. Why?

The new issue tracker says they are fixing bug that causes people to lose their campaign progress specifically for PS4, but not for Xbox1. Why is this?  This has to be oversight, right?

It happens on the 360 and PS3 also.  This has to be the worst bug I've ever heard of in a game.  You expect problems with multiplayer for a month or so - it happens with just about all games, but not being able to save your campaign progress?

PS4 has been out for a week longer than XBox One.  They've definitely been working on the bugs for PS4 longer.  The first XBox One update is supposed to roll out later this week or early next week.  However, I'm not sure if they have a fix for the campaign save in this update.

Yea, I totally agree.  Server bugs and multiplayer issues are expected.  However, the campaign save issue, along with consciously eliminating the pre-game party-up system, is pretty unheard of.  There was a real failure of leadership, deciding to get rid of pre-game parties and to let the game release without being able to save.
