Lost all my xp and unlocks

Yesterday I was level 21 with all the xp and unlocks. Today I went to play and I lost everything. I am logged in as the same person. I'm automatically logged in with my username. So I know that isn't the problem.  How do I get all of my progress back? Is it permanately gone?
