If possible, can you provide me with more information regarding the issue Murexe​. Where did you buy the game? Did the game work before?

I got the game in 2021 and i played like 600 hours and then one day i unninstaled the game and i wanted to install it again and this thing started to appear , and i got the game form a steam sale

1 of the biggest problems with "downloading" games and APP's and programs is that people continue using there PC - while that download is in progress. I do not care how big or powerful your pc is (it may even tell you that you can continue using the machine normally while downloading) do not believe that, you are asking for problems.

This can be exacerbated by a shared connection. The best thing you can do is shut all background process down and then download your program, and wait for it to finish.

In that case you should try talking with EA support. EA support should be able to assist you with the issue.
