1) what platform are you using? thats realy important
2)do you use battelog?

I am on PS4 and yes i was using a lot the battlelog (when i had play the game a lot , it was 1 years ago).

Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. We don't have access to your account.To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:
http://help.ea.com/contact-us
then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".
Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic
When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA
The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:
Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative. I see on your Battlelog profile that you are at rank zero on both platforms. That tells me that you may have experienced a punitive stat reset for any number of reasons to include boosting, cheating, or misbehavior in violation of the EA ToS in game or on Battlelog. I recommend that you check the email address connected to your origin account for a notification of a stat reset, and if it's not in your in box also check your spam or bulk mail folder. If you see nothing speak with a game advisor as Carbonic recommended.
