Lost all progress in battlefield 4 multi
Hi I don't know why but i have lost all my data in multiplayer. I haven't play the game for 10 month but i was rank 98 with all unlock... Pls say me that you can solve this... (french)

I am on PS4 and yes i was using a lot the battlelog (when i had play the game a lot , it was 1 years ago).
I see on your Battlelog profile that you are at rank zero on both platforms. That tells me that you may have experienced a punitive stat reset for any number of reasons to include boosting, cheating, or misbehavior in violation of the EA ToS in game or on Battlelog. I recommend that you check the email address connected to your origin account for a notification of a stat reset, and if it's not in your in box also check your spam or bulk mail folder. If you see nothing speak with a game advisor as Carbonic recommended.
