Lost all progress in Battlefield 4

Hi @SkiFiChaN I had a quick check on Battlelog just now and it looks like you potentially have two profiles. One profile has a level 1 soldier and the other has a rank 53 one. The two profiles seem to have different PSN names too. I can't put the usernames on this forum, but if you want to check the details in case you recognise them, log in to the Battlelog site and search for the user name you've got here, you should find them.

I know this, but it should be only 1 user for the same PSN account. And anyone can't solve this problem. It's long story

@SkiFiChaN If both accounts are actually yours, you could contact EA Help to see if they can merge them. It's not guaranteed and there are caveats, but they might be able to do something. However, both profiles do have different PSN names, so appear to be separate from each other.

I would imagine that it'd be easier to use the account which has the higher ranked character, assuming that's an option. Moreover, just to let you know, account issues aren't something we can really help with here for security reasons, unfortunately.
