Lost BF1 online progress and cant join servers. (XB1)

Oke i played a game and i was rank 69 when i finished i was rank 71 at the progress screen after i went back to my main menu i was rank 0 why?

Connection issue.

This has happened several times, everything will be back to normal soon (it already is on PS4).

I´ve just checked BF1, stats and unlocks are there, so hopefully your game will be working again soon 🤞

As I said, this has happened quite a few times and it was a matter of a few hours each time.

Just start BF1 every 15-30 minutes to see if your stats and unlocks are back.

I also lost my rank today but I'm completely reset even on the companion it says that I'm level 0 with no progression

The last time this has happened, I just played normally and I couldn´t see any problems with my stats when BF1 was back online.

I think your stats are still being counted on EA´s end while you´re playing, they´re just not displayed on your end right now.

I´m pretty sure that you won´t have any disadvantages when your stats are back.

This happened to my account name "Tsibosp". When I get into a game I can see everything all my weapons are unlocked etc but i cannot progress on my Perks to do list and everything is at 0. Been like that for over 10 hours. I hope it will be fixed soon.
