All that EA support offers does not help anything, I have done this many times, even did a trace to EA servers, the problems turned out to be on the part of EA
Well I'm convinced it's on EA's part.
Since I reset router/modem. Cleared cache on EA app, reintsalled BF 1 and used 2 different PCs and 3 different ISPs.
Also did a fresh clean windows install with nothing but Windows 10 Pro, drivers and Battlefield 1.
It used to work just fine for years but since the 11th of May it stopped working.
It seems to affecet older accounts from what I notice.
The only thing I can recommend when talking to EA live chat is to tell them you've tried all the solutions and they should forward it to the technical team.

Have you tried playing on community servers in Europe ?
I can play just fine on community servers worldwide, but playing on official servers in Europe just disconnects me

I tried playing the BF1 game on the same home network with two different accounts (witch two PCs) at the same time (I don't know if the IP address is different in this case?). For example, I played Battlefield 1942 a lot in a dormitory or in lodging, on the same network (subnetwork?) with roommates.
my BF1 test result:
One profile always loses connection on the official Dice server, but the community servers don't have this problem.
