LOST CONNECTION TO SERVER

FIRST OF ALL: PLATAFORM = PC

Though question here....

A little context: I live in Colombia, and my ISP is "Claro telecomunicaciones". Bandwidth speed = 20 Mb/s. Due to the lack of Colombian servers for most games, my ping in almost every game is between 90 and 140 ms and i'm used to it. I have my PC connected trough ethernet cable.

Now to the core problem: ever since I moved to my current ISP, I've been having connection problems WITH bATTLEFIELD 1 and some other games (Namenly, Battlefield 4 and PUBG). Almost every single time I start a match, within the first 5 min i lose connection to servers. I've already tried opening UDP/TCP ports in my windows firewall and asked my ISP to open the same ports on my router as well, yet the problem persists. Specifically, EA's support guys made me run this UOTrace tool and found out i'm having 100% package loses on 5 out of 17 hosts for Battlefield 1 (so far, PUBG's support team hasn't given me any answer). I read in a different forum that another possible problem is the router itself... although i use ethernet connection to play games, they said that maybe the router provided by my ISP is a cheap one and it might be causing instability in the connection and hence the problems described with this games.

Does anyone here knows something about how to fix this? does the router have anything to do with this problem? if my ISP is unable to do anything to solve my problem (as they have proven to be), is there anything i can do on  my side to fix this situation?

Some specs on my stuff:

PC:
Board: MSI H270 Gaming M3
Processor: Intel Core I7 7700
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1080 8 Gb --- ;)
RAM: XPG DDR4 2400 Mhz 8 Gb

Internet service stuff:
Company: Claro telecomunicaciones
Speed: 20 Mb/s
Connection: ethernet cable
Router specs: technicolor, model

Windows firewall - OFF. - and test game

Check the connection on all ports of the router. - and test game.

Replace the connection cable between the router and the PC. - and test game

Take from friends the other router and try connect through him. - and test game

If all else fails, it's probably just the ISP

This is not a problem with ISP. This is an issue all around the world, with different ISPs. It all started months ago for everyone. Before, no issues with BF3, 4 etc.Still no issues with them for me (haven't tested BF4 since summer but BF1 was already like this when I first tried it during summer). They messed up something that cuts us from enjoying game. Were thinking about buying the DLC few days back, but no way I will pay for it till they don't fix their damn servers.

I too have the very same problem since the end of june PC update in BF1. I will not give EA any money until this problem is not solved.
