Over the span of BF1 I've lost multiple battlepacks. When you go to open them, the animation starts and suddenly you're back at the menu. Nothing is dropped. I don't receive an error nor is there any indication that a battlepack was opened other than it being gone.
Can you get my battlepacks back?

I am really sorry, but it seems like your initial post was overlooked by community. On our forum we can`t manage individual accounts, so on the issue of missing content you should get in touch with EA Advisors directly https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. If you are still having troubles, opening Battle Packs, maybe it is some kind of network issue, can you perform the troubleshooting steps to improve your connectivity.
