Lost my stats in BF4 when i changed drive

I have reviewed your Battlelog profile and I have noticed that absolutely no statistic have been lost. It wouldn't make sense either way since your Battlelog statistics are saved on EA servers and not on your local SSD.

Although, if you mean that you have lost Singplayer Campaign progress then it is completely normal because the progress is saved on your local SSD. There is also the ability to save your progress on Origin Cloud so that you don't lose that kind of progress.

If the problem still persists with your Origin account, please contact EA Game Advisor chat so that you resolve your problem faster.

I mean in game, when i was playing, there were no unlocks for tank or any vehicle i have unlocked. And i have also another problem, the game stutters and rubberbands, in 48 and 32 player also. Happen after i installed this game to my samsung 840 evo. I had set the performance mode from samsung magician... it didn't work. So i removed it, mostly this stuttering happens me in golmud railway.

The stuttering and rubberbanding is a widespread issue. If you have Windows 8.1, I suggest you to set the Compatibility of bf4.exe and bf4_86.exe to Windows 8.

Both executable files are available in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4

As for no unlocks, this is a weird issue and may be account-related one (glitch or bug in Battlelog's system). I would recommend you to disable Origin Cloud for the time being.

I have windows 7 64-bit. I can't and i dont want to disable it. Why i must have all the trouble, i have paid for working game, and i must have the money back if it wont not happen. Origin cloud have already stored 1Mt of files. If this is unlock bug is permanent, you have to pay. Fix your game, its not my fault.

I am sorry but the performance of the game with Windows 7 is poor. Many players noticed a huge increase in performance, including me, by upgrading to Windows 8 or 8.1

Origin Store has a program called "Great Game Guarantee" which grants you a full refund if you are not satisfied with a game from their list of selected games. Battlefield 4 is in that list as well. You contact EA Game Advisor for more information.

As for whether or not the bug is permanent, I cannot help you with this matter, sorry.
