Tried, they cant help as well because they dont have the correct tools. Which to me is stupid if your in support and you dont have all the tools to help people.
Still looking for a solution for EA.

DICE issued another reset wave for people that violated the TOS, most of the time it was for boosting or cheating. However that doesn't mean that you were reset because of that, there are also a lot of backend maintenance going on at the moment.
