Lost Stats, Not Level

Okay, I know that their were some bugs after the most recent patch. I am not sure if anyone else had the same issue that I had but it reset my stats everything went to 0 except my total time played which went down to 175Hrs. I lost my time played in game, my kills, score/Min, KD, W/L Ratio, and Accuracy. I never click on the reset thing on my profile page. I hope their is a way that my stats can be restored to what they were before this patch. I recently talked on the phone to an EA Agent and they said to post here about this issue just because she had no other way to assist my case. I am hoping that another EA professional can assist me in my case.

    I hear you but from what I can see in our systems there was a premium reset made, and no one at DICE or EA have done it.

    I'm sorry but we will not change it back.

    Once it's reset, it's reset. Nothing anyone on DICE or EA can do.

    Well what I think it was is that some how in your system their was a gitch and that gitch reset my stats. I never click on the reset link. I dont understand why you wouldnt change it back when it wasnt made by me.

    I havent heard back from DICE/EA. I need them to give my stats back to before the glitch happened or something in the system. Can you do anything to help?

    I am not going to give you a fake assurance , but I know your stats aren't going to be retrieved the good thing is your original stats are still there ...

    Yes but its not fair to me that it was reset when i didnt click on the reset.
