Lost/missing Battlepacks

Hi! 

Since the new Battlepacks revision dropped a few days ago, every premium Battlefield 1 owner gets a free superior Battlepack, like I got. 

But when I opened BF1 and saw that the Battlepacks was available to open, but played a match instead and returned to the main menu of Battlefield 1, the superior was GONE. Nothing to find! 

This happened to me again, about a day later when a normal Battlepack disappeared while I earned one while playing. 

What is causing this problem? 

*Side note: yes, I bought a couple of battlepacks yesterday as well from my scrap money, and luckily they didn't disappear.

    Hello @CommanderWacky

    What is your platform? Have you tried to reboot your console (if you are on console)? If you are on PC, try to re-login to origin and restart the game.

    @IIPrest0nIIWacky and i already had contact on discord about it and  i went through the  standart troubleshoot stuff with him, problem is he is unable to contact chatsupport: he tried  on 2 different devices, with all known browsers, both on his landline and data connection and it didnt work

    @Babyhuehnchen , Well, in that case @CommanderWacky should have been tell us what He/She already tried to solve his/her issue, because I or @EA_Archi or someone else possible cannot see someone's Discord. 

    But thanks for clarifying !

    As I understand, TheWackySoldier already tried to contact EA support using this instruction  How to contact EA support  and unsuccessfully. What is the reason why he/she can't contact support ? What happens exactly?

    Its the "page doesnt redirect" thing, he tried oh the following configs:

    • Windows 10: Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome
    • Laptop: Safari
    • Virtul Machine: Edge
    • Tried to do it on his home internet and mobile internet

    Hi!

    Let me set some things straight here. 

    • Yes, I play BF1 on PC and Babyhuehnchen and I know each other via Discord (EA Gaming to be precise).
    • Yes, I tried to contact the EA Help Desk via the chat, but chat refuses to work for me. The solutions you provided didn't work. None of them.

    Contacting EA Help via Twitter didn't work as well. Couldn't resolve the problem. Both of them.
