You've got the same problem as mine, my specs: i5 3470, GTX 760 2GB, 8GB of RAM, my FPS from 60-65 down to 20-30 just like yours, i guess the problem's from the new update.

My fps would fall from above 70 to around 20-30 every now and then or just stutter for half a minute or so, I don't get it. This doesn't change, even on ALL LOW it still happens. I like the latest driver as it performs very well in all the other games I play on Steam, but my fps is so bad in BF4 on Low. This problem persists with DX or Mantle, it doesn't seem to mather.

1) Press Win+R
2) In the run box type 'DXDiag' then hit enter

4)Press 'Save All Information'
