@Dreaded_fate23 what OS are you running? Are you using DX11 or DX12? Do you have Origin in game enabled or disabled? Are you using discord while playing and if so is the discord overlay enabled?

i have origin enabled
i don't use discord while playing battlefield 1, its also not open-Ow since its a laptop i would not go much further then 60FPS in the settings
-What ragnarok013 ment was to disable Origin in-game overlay from running while you play a game. This adds some functionality to things like player lookup during a game but also tends to cause some more CPU usage. So best to disable it altogether:

UPDATE: i have upgraded my laptop, it now has 16gb ram
BUT STILL NO CHANGE IN FPS
But i have noticed that when my laptop fan increased automatically, my frames returned to normal. Sadly it only happened for a short time, and i can't control fan speed.
(I have MSI AFTERBURNER but it doesn't work for my built in laptop fan) any ideas?
