LOW FPS, even with new graph card

Still problems with FPS

Hi guys

I just invested some money on a new 2nd screen and a decent GPU and a mate with a smaller screen and lower graph card, with same cpu and ram has about 40 to 50 fps more.

On the fps heavy maps I'm getting about 50 FPS while running on medium...

my system:

texture filt: ultra

post process q: low
mesh q: high
terrain q: high
terrain deco: medium
AA deferred: 2x
AA post: high

I'm running out of idea's and money to spend.

I'd love to get some decent input

Beware: I'm new to the whole "fiddling with the pc" aspect so please make the info idiot proof ^^

Thanks in advance

What happened when you tried the other steps?

As for your dxdiag: I am not able to find any anomalies on there. What I do notice is that you're playing with two monitors. For purposes of testing you might want to disconnect the second monitor and all USB devices you don't use to see if that improves anything.

Since the games still does seem to run fine on your system I don't have much more to add.. if you do have any further questions please let me know.

    EDIT:

I posted just after you did your latest post.

The settings that change, are you referring to your BF4 settings? It might change depending on which screen you start the game if both screens aren't the same size as you mentioned.

i'll see what happens and how it continues, as long as I dont get fps drops to 30-35 fps I'll just accept it.

With all other steps basically nothing changed whatsoever, but still much love for the help and reply's guys!

(hope my English is good enought xD)

    Pls try this Settings :3

    IN GAME SETTINGS:

    texture q: high
    texture filt: high
    lightning q: high
    effects q: high
post process q: what you want
    mesh q: high
    terrain q: high
    terrain deco: medium  (or minimum)
    AA deferred: off

    @lr_Mental

100FPS is very acceptable performance. Some tweaking might bring that up a little but with your hardware I think that you are getting the expected performance level.
