Screen overlays, including Origin In Game are known to cause spikes where FPS go down. I have it myself as well actually. If you have occasional drops to 60 from 80-90 FPS then I think all you can do is wait for a patch or two. You can alternatively try disabling Origin in game and run the game after a clean boot to see if that helps:
