Low gpu usage and should be getting better frames

I've noticed that my framerate in both BF1 and BFV are lower than what other benchmarks have shown online, and when I use a performance monitor I can see that my gpu usage only gets to about 50% max....

You can determine if your CPU is the bottleneck by monitoring its usage during gameplay, thanks.

    My cpu usage is usually 80-90%, but it never stays at 100 or anything so I don't think it's bottlenecking.
