hi im having a probleme with bf4 i have a good internet speed and my ping in game is low(65) but the problem that im getting a randome lag i tried to fix the game via origin it was a bit better but still having randome lag i have contacted my isp support they said that everything is good from there side ...can you help please for exemple im driving a tank for a moment im on the bridge i advance but 2 sec later i lag and im still on the bridge

Can you check to see if you have origin in game enabled (it's enabled by default) as it causes low FPS and sometimes lag. If it is enabled disable it and try playing again to see if the problem persists.
To turn off Origin in game log into Origin, in the upper left hand corner click on the word "Origin" in the menu, and then click on "Application Settings". Next go to the "Origin in game" tab and uncheck the "enable Origin in game" box.

Those seem to be Latency and Packet Loss spikes. Have you tried to power-cycle both your Modem and Router? This usually will solve this issue.
Sometimes, however, that can be a server specific issue if there are issues with the server, or the server needs a reboot.
i manged to fix it by disabling the fire wall 🙂)
