HI! Thanks for the reply. So the culprit with the drop/choppiness was either the overlay or DX12, however i am still capped at 60 fps and switching to high didn't change that. (Geforce experience is disabled and it has full access through firewall) there is something weird though: I don't have 'unlimited' as my frame limiter option, instead my options are:
60,120, 144, 200, "Monitor Refresh rate"
I am using acer predator x34, its refresh rate should be 120 but i am capped at 60 in BF1 (only) no mater the frame limiter option.

Glad to hear the FPS drops/choppiness was taken care of.
Now, for being capped at 60 FPS, what have you tried to resolve this?
Have you checked your GPU Driver Settings to make sure it's not capped there?

Well like i said i tried switching to every fps limiter option and putting down the graphics but that didn't work. How do i check gpu driver settings for that? what do i look for?
