Complete the whole campaign and see if it unlocks. It is probably just a bug but it doesnt affect the whole campaign. isnt there the M4 avaialble in the campaign which is the Carbine equivalent that you could use?
It not work, i finish the mission and show 2/3 weapons in battlelog and 3/3 in the game.
Sync the game data,
1) Open Origin
2) Right Click BF4 > Game Details
3) Cloud Storage
4) If the option is available press Restore Save.
