M1911 vet kit not working

I went on ea help and I saw a manual and tips on battlefield 3 I looked down and saw "How do I unlock m1911" and it said in order to unlock m1911 you must log into the battlefield bad company website ...

    @AdamsWraith The reason that you do not have the M1911 is because Battlelog does not see you as a Battlefield veteran according to your Battlelog profile here:  http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/Ultra_GirlXo2016

    If you still have Bad Company 2 or can borrow it from a friend install it on your PS3, play a couple of rounds of multiplayer and then you should unlock the M1Garand in Bad Company 2 for being a veteran and then the next time you log into BF3 you will have the M1911 as your veteran weapon.

@AdamsWraith I see above that you said in BF4 you now have the veteran items so the M1911 in BF3 should be unlocked in your inventory under pistols the next time that you play BF3.

I just went on battlelog from my iPhone and I looked at weapons and the m1911 isn't unlocked

    @AdamsWraith I just checked your Battlelog profile and you are correct. If you haven't played BF3 yet after playing BF4 yesterday that is the issue and playing a round of BF3 multiplayer will sync your BF3 solider with the EA servers giving you the veteran entitlement and unlocking the M1911 for you.

    If you've already played BF3 since your last BF4 match where the veteran items unlocked you'll need to contact a Game Advisor at  EA Customer Support and he or she will be able to add the proper entitlement to your Battlelog account.

    You can reach a game advisor here:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us click on the orange button on the right to start a new case, follow the instructions and when you are presented with a contact method I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time. The call back feature available to North America, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK.

    If you are living in a country that doesn't support our 'call me' feature, you could use a Voice-Over-IP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK and use that to call our UK number listed in the phone section here: http://help.ea.com/uk/article/contact-ea-help/

    So I should play a match on bf3 cuz I know since I've been on bf4 I never went back to bf3

    Yesterday I played battlefueld4 like2rounds I'm already level 10 and then I went back to battlefield3 and played 2-3 games of TDM and I went on customize and on pistole I couldn't find m1911 so I went on battlelog and it wasn't unlocked either today I think I'm going to talk to an ea advisor again for the fourth time all they mostly told me as solution is to report this as a bug here ☹️ so yea I'm going to talk on live chat
