Im sorry we are not EA or DICE here, and the DICE developers will never see this here. If you want any chance of them seeing this, you will have to post on the Battlefield 4 forums here.
As a side note: I highly doubt this will be anywhere on their priority list as this is a very small visual glitch and would not want to run the risk of causing other bugs that actually affect gameplay to simply fix a minor visual bug that does not affect the gameplay or weapon in any way.
