major gameplay issues

Hi. Anybody else having major problems with battlefield 4? There are way too many bugs in the game to enjoy it. Thos is the only game I own that lags, and it lags horribly. The scenery is beautiful, when the graphics are working properly. It seems like it takes too long to load the graphics so the fine details are appearing only after or while you are passing something. Also the controls for the vechicles are cumbersome to me. There should be the option to have the controls the way they were in battlefield 3, especially having throttle on r2 and brake/reverse on l2. This game has a lot of potential but falls short of expectations mainly due to bugs and glitches. Will there be any future updates to solve any of these problems or is it just me experiencing them? I'm playing on ps3. Thanks!

When i ran BF4 in the test range which should be a reliable reference as to what my computer can or cannot handle.....GUESS WHAT?? my fps was well over 60.. As SOON as I try multiplayer m-m-m-m-micrrostuttterrrr up the **bleep** to the point where, it looks as though i have around 5 fps (this however is not the case, as I have GPU-z and keep an eye on my cards while the game is running, they don't go above 60% usage, it is certainly the processor spiking to 100% randomly during the gameplay). I understand there's always a performance downgrade when relying on off-location (typically cause i'm in canada) servers, but, even when i have less than 20 ping, this remains the same. I have tried everything to do with drivers, am considering a reformat but am extremely doubtful it will resolve anything as, it's grasping at straws for a resolution. Is this my processor? Does anybody else with an AMD set-up similar to this have similar issues? I asked a few people in game, and as far as i was aware there were a few in the game with similar issues to mine, however, they had intel processors. There was one other with an AMD 6 core that had it running fine somehow >_< and from what i've read online thus far, there's some problem with the drivers relating it back to specific motherboards, although this is mostly speculation on my part from what i've read/seen. Hoping anyone else with similar issues will post here as, I don't want to have to go out and buy a $400 processor, when I bought a $300 last summer.
