Manage on steam Issue

i purchased game year ago from steam and conected it by my ea app , these days there is good offer so i baught it ea app and uninstalled  steam version

i reinstalled New windows today and was verifiying the game but when i tried to press on manage addons it shows DLC that it can be managed by steam while all the files downloaded from ea app
