Have you already been running the BF4 game with no problems like this on your PC?
And did this problem now arrive after you got any system files updated or you manually tried to squeak the graphic performance settings?
Did you force the 0 (zero) setting of both of these entries:
GstRender.Mantle 0 < set to 0
GstRender.MantleEnabled 0 < set to 0
