Heyya! Before i search for Problems on my end i wanted to ask if Mantle is still supportet? I usually get a better Framerate with Mantle vs DX11. Every time i start a Game with Mantle enabled (Vega 56 and 2600) i get this msg: If i switch from dx11 to mantle ingame it works just fine, does the game need a restart to run with mantle? Thanks

It should still work.

This solution seems to work for others experiencing that error:

Go to Documents/Battlefield 4 folder.
Open PROFSAVE_profile in Notepad
Find 'GstRender.MantleEnabled' and change value to 0.
Save.

2) Check if this solution helps you:

Go to My Documents>>Battlefield 4>>Settings, open PROFSAVE_profile file via WordPad. Then find the following line: GstRender.MantleEnabled and change the value to 0 (zero). Save your changes and check the game.

That would disable Mantle, i wan't to play with Mantle thats the whole Problem here. No Problem to play with Dx11 but shouldn't it be Playable with Mantle too?
Or is it not Supportet anymore but neither Vulkan nor Dx12 are? Then why don't they just remove the option?

To be honest I don't remember when AMD updated Mantle API last time. I see you have the latest version of drivers and what I can recommend you is try to reinstall them using DDU, here is the manual how to do: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_XVJLgqo3qvZW1xZHlUNDB5Z1U/view?usp=sharing

If this won't help you, well I'm not sure if it is possible to do anything else except disable Mantle via settings file as we suggested above.

Yeah so i reinstalled to the newest beta drivers and mantle just dosn't work. As said i had no problems disabeling mantle in the settings file and playing again so that wasn't what i was looking for from the beginning. Guess they just dont support it anymore
