Manual Updates

So recently, Battlefield recently released Patch 6 for the upcoming End Game map pack. As much as I try, when I try to download the patch, I can't seem to get through with downloading it on my console (Xbox 360). I know this is possible with system updates for the Xbox, but is it possible to download patches manually? I think it may be best to download the patch to a USB and move the patch to the console. So is there a way to get the patch? Thanks everyone
