Thanks for your help David, seems that it still doesnt work and I am about to call my network provider, do you have any suggestions on what should I ask for or mention? Thanks again.

@CAN220 You could try running the UO trace on the connectivity page. It'll give a breakdown of connectivity to one of our servers and can help the ISP to see issues.
