Matchmaking failed on BF4 quickmatch

Hello there. I recently got Battlefield 4 on steam, and when I launched it and tried going into a quickmatch, I get the following error: "MATCHMAKING FAILED; Could not find a suitable game, please try again later."

I have tried disabling my firewall, restarting my router, and checking game file integrity. None of these things worked. The only solution I found online was to just join a player-hosted server, which does work, but that isn't really fixing the problem. Is there any way I can fix my problem and play a quickmatch? Thanks in advance.

    @AngelCraftMC you can try using the server browser and adjust the settings that way it only shows servers from the Region which has the best connection to you and try to join any of those (also official servers, not only player hosted ones).

    See if that works, maybe the quick match just actually tried to send you to a server where you have a bad connection to and therefore it failed to connect then.
