Maximum level in BF4 and have not unlocked all the knives.

I am missing 2 of the 3 knives from gold battlepacks

There are plenty of players which are also missing various camo's. So far everyone that reaches max rank will also miss emblems and dogtags that only come from gold battlepacks.

Someone that only has the base game can only go to rank 100. After that you don't get any more gold battlepacks. Meaning they cannot get access to certain game content. Which we as players did pay for. Also not to mention the veteran battlepack. Which only a few got at the launch of the game until they got disabled.

This needs to be changed!

I'm currently Rank 82 and have not unlocked a single knife from a gold battlepack, and at this point it seems more like a bug than luck.

My friend unlocked all of them before he reached rank 25...

Still no knives...... how can a player get all knives if you're already max ranks????

Level 123 now and still missing 3 knives. I want to be able to get all assignments, weapons, medals etc. To get ALL weapons I still need those 3 knives and don't have any confirmation that I will ever get them. I even was on the phone to EA and they are bullshitting there as well, seems to be a comapny policy.

Can someone confirm that by the end of all the DLC I will have all my knives (weapons)??

Forget about it guys. I chatted with an advisor and asked if he could provide me with the missing knives because I was afraid that after reaching level 140 with Final Stand I still wouldn´t have all the knives. He said there is nothing he could do. I should just play more and maybe I´ll get lucky... I´m hunting for all medals and weapons, too and find this very disappointing. Why in the world did they make it random??? I mean:

Play assault rifles = get more assault rifles

Play LMGs = get more LMGs

Play PDWs = get more PDWs

Play DMRs = get more DMRs

Play Knives = well, f*ck you and hope for the best 

Honestly, why in the world would a gold battlepack I receive for ranking up contain attachments and boosts that I could unlock by just playing the guns those attachments belong to? This is completely ridiculous...

Because the other weapons work differently from each other and thus providea slightly new gameplay experience for each new unlock. If you couldn't unlock all these you could basicly say that a person would not be getting the entire game if they were unlucky.
Knives on the other hand are 100% cosmetic, you gain nothing more than some new Battlelog graphics from getting a new knife.

Anyways, complaining about this until the last expansion is out seems rather silly, Dice could have done all kinds of things to resolve this, nothing to do but wait and see.

You can always unlock each and every attachment for all your weapons before the next expansion arrives, that will help your chances 😉

Also, if you want to continue complaining about the lacking clairity about this you should do so on Battlelog as that's where the developers hang out.
