Medal Questions for BF1

on level 5 of the National Order of Lafayette do kills with the tank you spawn in as driver not count, or do they only count if you are dismounted and on foot?

    Well, i'm not sure if that works for the Tanker Class. I mean you can try it if you want, but i think it's harder to get kills with a side Gun from an other seat because the driver need to drive right how you need him too, that you can kill something.

    I just did the kills on foot, and i'm sure that worked. Never tryed from an other Tank seat!
    I was driving close to enemies, got out, killed them, and got back in my Tank. 😉

    Yup, fact for this Medal is that you need to be on foot with the Tanker Class! Kills with the Tank itself doesn't count.

    K Travis what if you spawn in as tanker class and switch to a different tank in side gun position, I know from steps 1 thru 4 that worked for the 25 kills you need to get.

    Hey Guys

    Yes originally this medal was bugged upon the DLC release, the final part required 25 kills as the French Republic Tanker Class which would only count if u left the tank and went on foot which a lot of people said was silly and wasted a lot of tanks. However I noticed since the most recent patch that the description of the final stage of this medal has been updated to now say get 25 kills in the ST Charmaud Assault Tank. So I figured I would give it another crack and hey presto I just completed this medal earlier and can confirm that now this does count kills in the French assault tank towards completing final stage, also I tested getting kills as the side gunner in the tank and this also counts as kills for this medal now. Thank you EA/Dice for listening to the complaints about this bugged medal and remedying it, All seems fixed now so good luck guys and happy medal hunting once more.

    I got my kills on the tank for the medal National Order of Lafayette. Every single kill count, you have to be the driver of the tank though.
